The Way The World Ends

And in commemoration of that count down, i will be giving up a little behind the scenes lore for TWTWE that i was unable to sneak into the actual comic itself. As i count down to freedom, it should end with me actually starting work on the series again and giving an estimation of where i am to keep you up to date. how this will work is im going to give you a breef refresher on what happened in the story to catch you up to speed. Then im going to explain the part that i didnt get to before, the bit of lore i didnt put in the story, then im going to give some potential ideas that i felt that i could have done with concept. next week is the last week for this semester for me. you know what that mean! finals! ....(kill me now.) but its not all bad. it will mean that I am finally... FINALLY done with this semester, and have at least some free time. If you hadn't noticed, my productivity screeched to a halt the more into the semester I got. and I'm not just talking about the comic. my YouTube stuff stopped as well, i couldn't hang out with or talk to friends as much, I legitimately haven't touched a LOT of my games in months. there were some games that i was SUPER looking forward to, bought on release, and then haven't touched cause I've been too busy. but after next week, ill be able to relax a little bit if im not down with depression and crippling guilt by then. and i will hopefully be able to 1. start talking to friends a lot more (hell, i even promised Brandon id let him take me to a party cause i haven't hung out with him in months) 2. School has been killing me. and its been way to tough to do anything comic related. i litterally havent touched the comic in months, cause i've been focusing my efforts on college. ah, college. screw college. college can go to hell. T.T but in all seriousness, i do apologize for the sudden drought of updates when i was finally starting to update on time for once in my life. got 2 updates out on time, then next thing you know, im right back to not being able to work. when was the last time i even updated? December? lord i think it was December. Anyways, getting to the point: i am going to try to have new updates for you, i have some friends working on a guest comic so thats on the way, And i've already sort of hashed out a plan for what im going to do with the TWTWE universe once i finish this series. More info on that part to come later. At the moment i am writing this, it has been 4 years since i started this stupid comic, and I am now going on my 5th....

for once these things are frequent! That's good! however, I have to couple this off with some bad news, and a lot of explanations. So when winter break was just on the horizon I made the bold (stupid) claim that I would try to finish book 3 over the break. 3 weeks to do 100 pages of content. First of all, that was stupid because there is no way I could have finished this in 3 weeks anyways, but I ended up going on vacation to Florida. Aaaaaaand I forgot the book. I'm not joking, I did not bring anything from the comic along with me. I didn't even bring a pencil. so I had a fun Christmas and vacation, but it was coupled with crippling guilt that I got nothing done. To make up for this, I did work on the game a little while I was out, and I made the animated Christmas card while I was there wishing everybody a happy Christmas. (it had been a looooong time since I had animated anything.) Yeah so that happened as well. It was fun making this, and the game is coming along ...

YEAH THATS RIGHT SON, I MADE GOOD ON MY PROMISE! so yeah. I actually managed to update it on Wednesday like i said i would. go me! now I have a few things I would like to go over with all of you. I just realized that the complete read through version was screwed over. because I put so much emphasis on the tabs in order to let old readers continue without having to slug through the entire story, I accidentally neglected the complete read through version. So new readers that try to use this (or heck, old readers just rereading it through to refresh their memories) ended up getting screwed cause i forgot to update that and I apologize. It is now updated.... sort of. Hear me out, so I don't know WHAT I did, but somehow, the complete read through is missing pages. A LOT of pages. so out of the 200 pages of the comic, the complete read through has 151. meaning Its missing almost 50 pages. So its even more confusing. Now I am going to fix this. Next update will also sport a brand new ...

Alright so first thing is first: THE COMIC well my original plan was to just have one last HUGE update. the last 130 something pages just simultaneously uploaded to the site for the comic. Then school, life, and general laziness happened. Since I am so far from finishing, I will upload what I have done so far (book 2) on Wednesday of this week.  Then this break make a huge ATTEMPT (say it with me now, attempt!) to finish the comic. I mean the entire comic. I am going to dedicate my vacation days to getting as much as I can done on the comic before the new semester.
